Overall Review: I have no experience with Steam. If I like the game I purchased, I plan on playing it a very long time and online DRM can be closed down at anytime without my permission.

Overall Review: I must admit I was skeptical at first; how can they sell the game for $45 cheaper than on Steam? Somehow they can though!
This is still a Steam download too. After purchase I was emailed the Steam download code within 20 minutes. The code truly
included all DLC except for the 'Rise & Fall' expansion. I also purchased that expansion from here at a discounted price.
Pros: Cheaper than buying direct from steam. Received product code in less than 20 minutes.

Overall Review: Worth the savings
This is the download for my WIP vehicle pack that I started in August 2009, after seeing all the other packs. Gta 4 ultimate vehicle pack.
Pros: The graphics are good, new wonders, new resources
Cons: The game is slow - so slow in fact that I went back to playing Civ5. Also, none of your playing option stick - you have to re-select each time you play.
Overall Review: it was a wast of my money.
